SPEED UP
SPEED UP is a specific welding arc that automatically adjusts the root and filler values in vertical upward welding, allowing quality beads to be obtained without the need for oscillating movements.

Vertical upward welding (up to 30% faster).
Vertical upward welding requires sufficient skill, and a large dose of patience, to maintain the oscillating movement uniformly from the beginning to the end of the seam. We find different steps and alternatives that allow us to execute it, but they all have in common their low displacement speed, their high thermal contribution due to the time invested in their execution and their high risk of defects due to causes associated with the effect of gravity.
The management of auxiliary currents will prevent the bath from sagging during welding, thus facilitating the execution of much more uniform welds in a simpler way.
